According to Symantec  Intelligence Report for November, the number of unwanted messages email(spam) dropped to its lowest level in three years.

Possession of spam in all email messages during November was "only" 70%, which is enormous compared to 2009 when spam was 90% of all email messages.

 

Among the categories of spam, messages related to pharmaceutical products have fallen into the lowest level since the Symantec is doing research, 32.5%, while a year ago their share was nearly twice as high,64.2% respectively.

 

Also note that in November Russia was the region from which most spam was even 76.6%.
